Report of the Reform Session and Announcement of Semester Examination Results

Today, on 09/04/1447 AH corresponding to 10/07/1404 SH, a reform session and the announcement ceremony of the previous semester examination results (first and third semesters) were held in the conference hall of Jamia Deeni Mulla Ali Al-Qari Al-Harawi – may Allah have mercy on him, with the participation of teachers, staff, and students.

The gathering began with a heart-touching recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Mufti Nasir Ahmad Raoufi, which brought a spiritual atmosphere to the event. Then, Respected Ustad Sheikh Abdul Qadir Chishti took the stage and delivered an inspiring reform speech. Referring to his previous talks on selflessness and self-confidence, he emphasized the importance of intellect in light of the Qur’an and Sunnah, saying:

“Although many consider themselves wise, the true measure of intellect is explained in the Qur’an:

إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لَآيَاتٍ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ، الَّذِین یَذکُرُونَ اللهَ قِیَامًا وَّقُعُودًا وَّعَلَی جُنُوبِهِم وَیَتَفَکَّرُون فِي خَلقِ السَّمَاوَات وَالأَرضِ...

True wisdom lies in remembering Allah and reflecting upon His creation.”

He added: “The remembrance of Allah is the believer’s everlasting support, and one should never let worship or knowledge lead to arrogance. As the Prophet ﷺ said:
‘Afala akunu ‘abdan shakuran?’ — Should I not be a thankful servant?”

After that, Mufti Salem Nouri, Deputy of Finance and Administration, came forward to announce the semester results. In his remarks, he advised students to maintain sincerity in their intentions and warned against the arrogance of knowledge, stating:

“Whether we are among the top students or not, the true honor lies in walking the path of knowledge. The real value is in acting upon what we learn and remaining humble before Allah.”

Results Summary:

• First Semester:

  • Outstanding: 28 students

  • Very Good: 11 students

  • Good: 1 student

  • Reattempt: 2 students

  • Overall Class Percentage: 87.5%

• Second Semester:

  • Outstanding: 38 students

  • Very Good: 10 students

  • Overall Class Percentage: 89.9%

After the announcement, cash prizes and certificates of appreciation were awarded to the top achievers.
Finally, Respected Ustad Sheikh Noorullah Noorani concluded the session with a heartfelt prayer.

This gathering, beyond the announcement of results, served as a reminder of the spiritual and moral values of knowledge and ended with renewed enthusiasm and motivation among the students.
