Student Affairs Directorate
The Directorate of Student Affaris, as a subdivision of the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Graduate Services, is responsible for preparing the graduate book, grade tables, and issuing educational documents for graduates. Within the framework of this directorate, there is a management unit that includes the Management of Graduates.
Objective
The Directorate of Graduates has been established under the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs to organize and coordinate graduate affairs. It plays a crucial role in executing responsibilities, developmental plans, and supportive strategies for graduates within the structure of the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
This department, with dynamic and sound management, strives to provide better services and motivation for graduates, laying the groundwork for the development and flourishing of the younger generation in the pursuit of knowledge and education. The Directorate of Graduates considers it its mission to align with the goals of the Mullah Ali Qari Herawi Society, implementing the society’s policies and programs, and offering quality services to its graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting graduates and supervising the process of registration and entrance exams for graduates.
- Reviewing and overseeing the preparation and implementation of academic schedules and exam timetables for various sections.
- Supervising and controlling semester-based graduate exams to ensure transparency in the examination process.
- Monitoring the enforcement of order and adherence to rules and regulations by graduates.
- Collaborating and guiding the society’s Academic Council to enhance academic activities for graduates.
- Controlling and supervising the preparation of grade and graduation tables and submitting them to the Ministry of Higher Education.
